Create technical content and illustrations of operator's manual for new product with GRIPS and ISO draw according to defined requirements. Create technical illustrations of parts manual. Work with subject expert to understand and write descriptive and step-by-step procedures. Work with Operation Team to create weekly SN crane publishing plan. Update parts manual and descriptive manual according to ECO with GRIPS and ISO draw. Lead SN crane manuals preparation and delivery to factory on time. Maintain production records of technical manuals. Perform other related duties as required.
