Spec Engineering is seeking an impact player and difference maker to join our team as an **Electrical Assembler** who can use their control panel assembly experience to improve fabricate our deliverables. This person enjoys working with a team of controls engineers and mechanical assembler to create and assemble custom controls panels for processing and material handling equipment.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Assisting experienced panel builders in all job duties.
* Organization of electrical components from inventory per the bill of materials.
* Print labels and tag all wires, cables, devices, and equipment neatly and properly.
* Cut wire and crimp ferrule terminals to wire. Label wires per schematics.
* Cut and mount DIN rail and wiring duct.
* Operate label maker and apply to terminals.
* Learn to read assembly drawings and schematics.
* Attention to detail and maintaining a clean work area.
* Perform additional job duties as assigned.
