All's Well Healthcare Staffing has partnered with a large behavioral health system in the Denver Metro Area, to fill a Clinical Manager for the Crisis Services Unit. Operations include, oversight of client care, staff hiring and activity, and general decision-making for needs of both the Walk-in Crisis and Crisis Stabilization Units.
- $7,000 Sign on Bonus
- $78K - $127K/year based on experience
- Monday - Friday on site
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in a license eligible field
- Preferred: Doctoral degree in a license eligible field
- Three (3) years experience working with crisis unit population, including administrative experience in behavioral health setting.
- Must have current Colorado licensure: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (Ph.D. or PsyD.) For substance abuse disorder (SUD) and Jail Based Behavioral Health teams, LAC or above required. One of the preceding licensures from another state is acceptable if in the process of obtaining Colorado licensure and will have prior to six-month anniversary with Center.
- Excellent knowledge of theoretical issues related to clinical treatment.
