Overview:
BMTX is seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Success Representative who would be responsible for handling client questions, comments, and concerns. The applicant s ultimate goal is to provide positive experiences, enhancing the relationship between BMTX and the client.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following abilities:
- Work independently to complete tasks while maintaining a good working relationship with fellow colleagues
- Excellent Research Skills and working knowledge of basic banking regulations
- Superior knowledge retention and ability to apply knowledge to different avenues of the work environment
Ideal Skills
- Minimum of 1-year BMAS system knowledge
- Minimum of 1-year knowledge of Refund Disbursement Processes
- SFTP File Transfer experience
Required Experience/ Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Critical Thinking Skills
- Customer Service Skills
- Clear written and verbal skills
