+ High School Diploma/General Education Diploma
+ Previous experience as a warehouse Lead or a similar position.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to comply with established company policies and procedures.
+ Willing to work overtime when required
+ Must be able to lift 20-25 pounds if necessary
+ Ability to priorities work effectively
+ Tackles new problems in a timely manner
+ Understands team goals and company business drivers
+ Ability to work well under pressure
+ Ability to understand and carry out instructions
