Position: The Warehouse Associate Lead is responsible for directing and leading the daily functions of the warehouse, performing daily cycle counts, and managing customer concerns.

**Responsibilities**

Essential Responsibilities Plan and communicate daily tasks/schedule to the department Lead and train warehouse personnel to help them achieve professional potential Familiar with all warehouse equipment/assets and ensures they are maintained/operational Load and unload delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment (i.e. operating forklifts) and maintain warehouse organization Plans, organizes, and facilitates optimized layout for the warehouse Able to complete cycle counts and provide root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies Prepare and complete daily orders for customer shipments/deliveries; includes picking orders, material packaging, labeling shipments, and paperwork completion Compare merchandise and packing slips to verify serial numbers and quantities delivered

**Qualifications**

Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalency and 2+ years of previous warehouse experience Valid Class D drivers license may be required Certified forklift operator is a plus Ability to provide a strong leader presence amongst peers Must have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as a team
