Job Title: Office Administration Status: Full Time

Working Days: Monday-Friday 9-5, Saturday and Sunday as needed-up to

45 hours per week

Travel Required: None Hours Per Day: Approx. 8

JOB PURPOSE: To create the best experience for all who "walk" through the doors of our Company, whether that is via phone, email, or in-person. To be the consistent face and representative of the Company and our core values to all current and future clients, crew, and staff. To help make us more effective and efficient with projects, reporting and invoicing.

To assist Executive Leadership with daily tasks in order to allow them the time to pursue internal and external opportunities with prospects, clients, stakeholders, and team members. Supporting them with superior communication, organization, marketing, and computer skills. To oversee office managing, and to be a co-champion of workplace core-values. To oversee the experience of the Facility for all who work or visit our company; to oversee cleanliness, organization and brand presentation of our facility.

TOP THREE ROLES:

1. Administrative

  1. Office Managing
  2. Financial, time sheet and invoicing

JOB DUTIES:

  • Be the welcoming face of our office atmosphere
  • Admin task (filing, answering phones, catering, flight planning,
  • errands, calendaring, etc)
  • Special projects
  • Managing contractor and Staff expenses.
  • Coding and inputing invoices into record keeping systems
  • Make TE better!

TE is a live event production company in Marietta that specializes in providing the highest level of customer service to our growing customer base. We provide technical solutions such as audio, video, lighting, staging, set design and production management for live events. We have a large church as well as corporate clientele. You must possess characteristics such as: Detail oriented, organized, clean, precise, teachable, outgoing, team spirit, diligent, task oriented, service oriented and a positive attitude.

Item Compensation

Office Administrator Salary Dependent on Experience

Benefits (Health) $450 Stipend for the employee until health

insurance is provided,

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Personal time off (Vacation):

1 week the first year, 2 weeks the second year and 3 weeks (between Christmas and new years) after 3 years,

401K Match: 4% match after 90 days.

90-Day Trial Period:

A 90-day evaluation period will be in effect from the date of hire for both company and employee evaluation. During this time, the company will provide all necessary support and training to help the employee reach mutually agreed upon performance metrics. Continuation of employment may or may not be determined based on achieved metrics. This will also serve as the waiting period for health insurance benefits.

Performance Metrics:

  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
