Job Description: As a Sales Rep, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers through proactive outreach. Your primary responsibility will be identifying and engaging potential clients, qualifying the language service opportunity, and effectively promoting the value of our solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted research to identify potential clients who may benefit from our language services. Utilize various sources such as online directories, industry databases, and social media platforms to build a robust prospect list.
  • Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospects with confidence and professionalism. Employ persuasive communication techniques to engage decision-makers, build rapport, and uncover business opportunities.

Qualification: Qualify leads by asking insightful questions to understand their current and future language service requirements, budget, and timeline. Evaluate potential fit and determine the best approach to move forward in the sales process.

  • Presentation: Articulate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our language services tailored to each prospect's specific needs. Effectively address objections and highlight how our solutions can address their pain points and drive results.
  • Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects using our CRM system. Track progress, follow up consistently, and prioritize opportunities to ensure a healthy pipeline of potential clients.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align efforts, share insights, and leverage resources effectively. Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in outbound sales, preferably in B2B environments targeting governmental organizations, school districts, medical and behavioral health providers.
  • Strong proficiency in cold calling techniques and prospecting strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for lead management and reporting.
  • Knowledge of the language service industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Bachelor s degree with relevant major/minor of study
