GENERAL DUTIES
- Develops and implements fitness programs, classes, and activities for members to meet member needs.
- Identifies and implements improvement processes utilizing Accelerated Improvement Process (AIP) and/or Plan, Do, Check and Act (PDCA).
- Demonstrates competence and knowledge in the assessment, treatment, care of adults, particularly older adults and geriatric adults.
- Develops and implements lectures and other educational experiences related to wellness topics.
- Demonstrates responsibility for containment of costs and conservation of supplies and equipment.
- Performs assessments by instructing member on proper techniques utilizing the individualized exercise prescription.
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS- 2 years of experience in Health/Wellness center required.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS- Required: Bachelor's Degree in Health/Wellness or equivalent.
WORK SHIFT: Weekends (United States of America)
