*Description*
Responsibilities:
* Lead teams effectively.
* Provide support to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
*Profile*
Qualifications:
* 7 years of building construction experience or equivalent.
* Understanding of construction documents, methods, and materials.
* Ability to plan and control costs.
* Familiarity with Lean construction principles.
* Commitment to safety - OSHA 10 certification required, OSHA 30 preferred
* Experience in the commercial construction space, preferably public or K-12 schools (residential and multifamily candidates will not be considered)
* Proven ability to lead projects valued at $20M+
