Responsibilities
  • Manage meeting logistics to include working with partners to identify project team members; scheduling; taking meeting minutes and distributing meeting recap communications; and tracking the completion of action items.
  • Support internal HCAB operations to include updating and maintaining internal OWER/HCAB repositories and systems (i.e., OWER project tracking system, HCAB SharePoint site, etc.).
  • Support external customer facing HCAB operations:
    • Support the triaging of HCAB Tier I helpdesk tickets.
    • Complete user access updates, as well as the updating of data and role assignments in the NIH Employee Assignment Registry (NEAR).
    • Research NIH and NIAID HR policy, coordinate with SMEs, and review requirements to inform HCAB on how best to diagnose and respond to user inquiries.
    • Interface with users to help them through the completion of standard actions in HCAB systems.
    • Update ticket tracking systems (e.g., ServiceNow) as applicable.
    • Support HCAB reoccurring system usage audits.
    • Export, cleanse, assemble data; run standard pivot tables to generate defined usage metrics; assist HCAB leads in communicating action items to users as needed.
    • As assigned, collect feedback on HCAB systems from our customers and stakeholders, reporting findings to designated HCAB lead.
    • Research and analyze NIH and NIAID policy and process to support HCAB in the development of new automated solutions, as well as the enhancement of existing solutions.
    • Participate in and support system user acceptance testing (UAT) and related activities (i.e., evaluating/prioritizing/consolidating tester feedback, etc.).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 7 years of experience in a related field is required.
  • Advanced knowledge and application Microsoft Office Suite SharePoint, Excel, Word, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • No prerequisite knowledge of NIAID-specific systems required; however, candidates should have experience in the support of HR/human capital systems from the business perspective.
  • Experience in gathering and organizing data from multiple sources in logical and/or practical ways to support retrieval and manipulation.
