**Restaurant Host/Hostess (9am - 2pm, M-F)**

PALM Health is an integrative medicine and wellness center in the heart of Ladue. PALM offers a comprehensive range of medical, preventive care, mental health, fitness, nutrition, and spa services designed to improve your overall well-being. The **PALM Cafe** is well-known for its nutritious food and smoothies, and is open until 6pm Monday through Friday. PALM is where you come to discover everything you need to attain, regain, and sustain your health.
**Cafe Host/Hostess**
PALM Health is looking for a qualified candidate to assist in our Cafe. This entails answering phones, taking orders, and helping callers and customers with menu-related questions in a courteous and thoughtful manner. The position is Monday through Friday, 9am to 2pm. Successful candidates will possess the following skills and strengths:
* Excellent customer service skills - must be courteous, polite, and thorough
* Excellent phone skills - articulate and a good listener
* Able to multi-task and remain cool under pressure
* Friendly, yet professional attitude
* Punctuality, self-directedness, and a team player
**Required Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED (required)
* 1+ year experience in relevant work (receptionist, host/hostess, server, sales, call center etc.) (required)
