If this sounds like you, send us your resume!Responsibilities Assist buyers with finding a home, negotiate a successful purchase, and ensure clear, consistent communication and high levels of customer service throughout the entire process Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lenderQualifications An established track record of successful real estate sales 1+ year of buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience Has superb interpersonal and communication skills High school diploma or GED required Should have or be pursuing a real estate license
