*Work Mode: Onsite*

**Location:** Kohler, WI

**Opportunity**

Responsible for incoming calls, scheduling tee times, guest check-in, and handling all other front desk operations at Blackwolf Run or Whistling Straits

**Specific Responsibilities**

* Perform and thoroughly understand all functions of the POS (Point of Sale) and TTS (Tee Time Scheduling) systems. This includes handling confirmation information, ensuring accuracy of reservations, guest check-in, and reconciliation of cash drawer.

* Greet and service customers in person and by phone. Answer general inquiries regarding golf courses; provide information regarding all hospitality businesses.

* Handle all cash transactions. Balance, deposit and record cash as necessary.

* Daily reconciliation of caddies with CME (Caddie Master Enterprises).

* Answer incoming phone calls. Route calls, take messages, and assist customers as needed.

* Assist in overseeing lost and found items.

* Ensure the golf shop, front desk, and all public areas are neat and orderly. Assist also in keeping general information displays stocked.

* Open and close the golf shop and front desk area according to established procedures.

* Assist Supervisor-Merchandising with inventory, golf shop sales, and maintaining order in the shop as needed.

* Handle complaints and suggestions according to policy.

* Perform other duties, as assigned, relating to the successful and smooth operation of the golf shop.

* Prepare and distribute monthly uniform schedule.

* Assist 1st Assistant-Inside with scheduling, training of Front Desk Clerk I, PGM Interns, and other seasonal staff.

* Create and manage shop sales incentive programs.

**This is a seasonal position. Ideal candidates will have availability to work full-time or part-time between April and October

**Skills/Requirements**

* Knowledge of golf operations is helpful.

* Good typing skills necessary.
