The Job Center is looking for Construction Crew Members in the Columbia, MO area!
The company is looking for someone responsible and ready to work.
Please read the information below about the positions, the responsibilities and the requirements.
Shift: Early and late completion times are required when needed. OT as needed for quality candidates.
Monday-Saturdays
7am to 7pm (this will vary, depending on he candidate, depending on the need)
Pay: $18-$20 per hour
Responsibilities of Construction Crew Members:
- Ability to use basic hand tools: Measuring tape, hand saw, screw gun, hammer, shoves, etc.
- Ability to show up ready to work at jobsites, both in Columbia and the surrounding areas. (areas of service: Columbia, Jeff City, Lake of the Ozarks, other Mid-Mo areas)
- Building, renovating, repairing, installing, and cleaning pools and spas (on the job training)
Requirements of the Construction Crew Members:
- Must be able to stand/walk for full shift.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly.
- Must have a valid driver license.
- Must be able to take direction and complete tasks when given.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Must be able to pass a 5 yr background check and drug screen.
- Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
