**Job Summary:**

Participates in effective day-to- day operation of all Outlet store and Salvage department processes.

* Process donated and new goods to make them salvage ready.

* Coordinates daily staffing needs and activities between Aftermarket departments.

* Interviews, hires and trains personnel on policies, job duties, and procedures.

* Insures quality control of proper grading of salvage/recycle product to ensure customer satisfaction.

Represents the Agency in all interactions with other members of the Goodwill community and with the general public, supporting the agency Vision of creating sustainable communities that thrive through the fullest participation of their diverse residents.

**Essential Functions:**

**Communication:** Functions that pertain to various forms of interacting and collaborating with others.

* Establishes and understands production goals and monitors progress against those goals

* Receives donations, provides donation receipts, and assist donors to ensure a positive customer experience.

* Seeks to correct significant variance's and notify Manager

* Maintains positive relationships between departments through concise and consistent communication.

* Works with internal/external equipment maintenance personnel to ensure consistent equipment operations.

* Coordinates daily staffing needs for Salvage/Recycling and Retail shifts with production and safety priorities.

**Knowledge:** Functions that pertain to learning and maintaining levels of information necessary for success.

* Interviews/hires new personnel

* Trains personnel on policies, job duties, and procedures.

* Insures quality control of proper grading of salvage/recycle product to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Maintains premises to ensure adequate security and compliance with safety and environmental codes and ordinances as well Agency's health and safety standards.

* Provides necessary and adequate supplies to ensure teams meet their goals.

**Administration:** Functions that pertain to daily activities of running a business

* Analyzes store merchandising needs ensures adequate levels of inventory in order to meet projected sales and budget goals through achievement of production goals.

* Establishes and maintains records as directed including production, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, payroll, invoicing and shipping, and other records required by the Agency or by applicable law.

* Closes register and cashes out; totals and summarizes funds received endorses checks, and prepares bank deposit slip and deposit funds at bank.

**Supervision**: Functions that pertain to oversight of individuals, departments, or business units.

* Assists After-Market Operations Manager in all general operations.

* Supervises/coordinates activities of personnel; assign duties and schedule break periods, work hours, and vacations.

* Ensures that store/buildings opening/closing procedures are followed; secure all premises.

* Participates in performance management, including disciplinary actions, staff assignments and writing year end reviews.

**Financial**: Functions that pertain to the fiscal responsibility of a department or business unit

* Operates department within budgetary guidelines and makes appropriate recommendations to maximize efficiency

**Requirements:**

* The ability to: sit, stand, bend, reach, and lift.

* Ability to push/pull up to fifty (50) pounds.

* Criminal background check that meets Agency standards

* Valid driver's license permitting operation of a vehicle with a safe driving record

High School Diploma/GED or better.

**Experience**

**Required**

Demonstrated ability to provide supervision and instruction to a diverse workforce

Certified to operate a forklift within 30 days of hire

Demonstrated working knowledge with various material handling machinery and vehicles

2 years supervisory experience in a warehouse or production setting
