Role Description
Northway Marketers is looking for a full-time Territory Manager. This role will be a hybrid position, with the employee based in Maryland area but having the flexibility to work from home. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base within their assigned territory, as well as crafting and implementing plans to meet revenue and sales targets. The Territory Manager will also liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment and HVAC industry
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues alike
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required
