Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer support and possess excellent communication skills including communication in the Spanish language. They will be a team player and collaborate well with peers and other departments. The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for managing customer interactions and providing support to ensure our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate information is updated and documented.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and make recommendations to management.
- Ability to explain compensation plan and troubleshoot technical issues with products.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer service or customer experience role. (preferably MLM experience)
- Proficient in the Spanish language.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult customer interactions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
