Job Details

As the Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide general administrative support. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth communication within the company.


Responsibilities:

1. Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

2. Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.

3. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

4. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

5. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for conference rooms.

6. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication flow.

8. Handle inquiries and provide basic information to visitors and callers.

9. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

10. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.


Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Professional appearance and demeanor.

5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

8. Attention to detail and accuracy.

9. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
