Summary:

In-Casita Dining is Four Seasons Scottsdale's method of room service! Our In-Casita Dining Servers accommodate guest needs by delivering orders to casitas in accordance to Four Seasons standards, while providing exceptional knowledge of Food & Beverage menu items

Responsibilities:

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answer telephone using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette while obtaining all information necessary to process the guest's order according to Four Seasons Standards, describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item's, origin, taste, and preparation methods.
  • Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel's point-of-sales system;
  • Deliver food orders including any special needs or requests to the guest in-room, check completed kitchen orders with the ICD Coordinator or guest's original order; transport items to the guestroom in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.
  • Greet guests, describe selected items to the guest using interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item's, origin, taste, and preparation methods; communicate options for removal of trays and dishware; respond to request for tray removal according to established time standards.
  • Breakdown, clean and set-up of room service tables, condiment set-ups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations.


Skills/Qualifications:

Ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous Food & Beverage experience, hotel/resort experience preferred.
  • Must be able to learn a menu and be able to creatively and vividly describe items.
  • Must have flexible schedule with ability to work weekends/holidays.


$500 upon hire and the remaining $500 to be paid upon successfully completing 90-day probationary period.
