Job Title: Commercial Construction Operations Manager
Location: Greenville, SC
Salary: Up to $190K with Bonus Structure up to 1% of Project Value. (Up to $300,000)
The Commercial Construction Operations Manager oversees all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves managing teams, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate and supervise construction teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
Develop and implement project schedules and timelines.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
Review and approve project budgets and monitor expenses.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
Identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction.
Maintain accurate records of all project activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in commercial construction management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certification in construction management (e.g., PMP, CCM).
Experience with LEED-certified construction projects.
Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) software.
