**Major Responsibilities**

* Understand Alligare s product portfolio, functionality, market positioning, and competitive advantages;

* Develop and execute a Territory Plan by expanding market awareness of our products through communicating features and benefits of products successfully;

* Manage and grow existing customer base by understanding and anticipating customer needs;

* Communicate sales and marketing opportunities with existing and new business opportunities;

* Identify and resolve any and all customer disputes while recommending a course of action to alleviate future concerns. Communicate to leadership quickly on corrective actions

* Participate in meetings, training sessions, tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and professional development opportunities at a Corporate level and with existing customer base

* Maintain awareness of pertinent customer information, future plans, payment performance, and communicate any information that would affect company decisions

* Maintain an understanding and knowledge of competitive products and offers by identifying and reporting intelligence on pricing and marketing strategies

* Submit ongoing territory reports to include daily activities, competitor information, and customer interaction

**Qualifications**

* Highly motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and as a part of a team in a dynamic environment

* High level of initiative, creative thinking, decision making, and problem resolution skills

* Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and timelines

* Inherent ability to influence with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to gain trust

* Experience in aquatic weed, algae management, and nutrient mitigation

* Experience in Vegetation Management is desirable

**Requirements**

* BS/BA (preferably) in Ag Business or Agricultural Sciences

* Must have a California Pest Control Advisors License or ability to obtain one

* Ability to travel extensively within territory 30-50%

* Reliable transportation with clean driving record

* Goal of becoming successful in performing territory development activities and personal growth opportunities within Alligare

* Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
