Busy multisite New York City Ob/Gyn practice seeking a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team!
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat gynecologic issues
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
- Perform comprehensive gynecological and breast examinations of patients
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Communicate with physicians regarding patient care
- Review lab and radiology reports, communicate results to patients and physicians as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Licensed in New York State as an NP (Adult, Family or Women's Health)
- Previous experience in women's health preferred although willing to train the right candidate (new grads welcome)
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
