**Role and Responsibilities**
We are looking for candidates who are dedicated to create a positive customer experience for our guests. As a Sales Associate, you will be skilled in product knowledge, selling behaviors, and basic store operational functions.
**Essential Functions**
Deliver a great customer experience
Follows company sales strategy to exceed goals
Continuous sales and product knowledge training
Monitor customer orders until completion
Basic cash handling and register functions
Supporting the execution of visual directives
Maintain a clean, safe, secure and friendly store
Support the inventory management processes
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
High school diploma or equivalent
Lift 30+ lbs.
Ability to spend entire shift on feet
Over the age of 18
