Please apply today!Responsibilities Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at largeQualifications Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required 3-5 years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience required Banking, business, real estate, or related Bachelor's degree required
