Debug Pest Control is in rapid growth mode and we are expanding our reach in the Connecticut market! We are in search of an exceptional, experienced Field Sales Specialist.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about driving new business and excels in generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and closing sales. We will provide you with the tools you need to set you up for success as well as offer a compensation package that includes base salary + uncapped commission, as well as other additional benefits and perks.

Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: This is the core focus of this role and we would expect you to proactively generate new client leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Lead Conversion: You will be provided with high-quality leads and are expected to effectively close these opportunities.
  • Perform site evaluations to identify pest control needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care Team and Field Technicians to achieve sales targets, provide exception customer service, and contribute to company growth.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and maintain relevant licenses/certifications.


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in pest control or a related field.
  • A proven track record of generating new business and converting leads into successful sales is essential.
  • Past experience working within CRM software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with examples of cross-functional partnership.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Preferred Skills and Certifications:
  • Experience in pest management services is a plus but not required.
  • Sales or customer service certifications welcome.
  • Ability to embody and promote Debug Pest Control's core values.
