**Preference are candidates in the Nashville, TN area who can work a hybrid schedule -- but open to reviewing 100% remote candidates as well.**
Actively looking for Senior Project Manager consultants to join an expanding team/department within our client.
- MUST HAVE: Leading projects within retail industry companies (B2B, B2C, e-commerce, point-of-sale, etc.)
- MUST HAVE: Utilization of Agile processes preferred (will be using a blend of Agile and Waterfall)
- MUST be a US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or no sponsorship required
- Experience utilizing Plan View for project tracking
- PMBOK, PMP certifications are highly preferred (not a must)
- Prior consulting experience preferred
- 5-10+ years of IT Project Management experience or related technology field
- Capability to manage programs containing multiple projects (Senior PMs with prior experience leading $1-5M+ enterprise-wide/global projects)
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
- Intimate knowledge of all Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) phases
- Successful track record of effective resource management
- Proven experience in creating, managing, and motivating a project team
- Must possess strong meeting facilitation skills
- Exceptional communications, both oral and written
