Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN for a Construction Safety Director. The Construction Safety Director will be responsible for overseeing and implementing all aspects of construction safety protocols and procedures. This includes conducting risk assessments, developing safety plans, providing training and education, and conducting accident investigations. The Construction Safety Director will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and maintaining compliance with all relevant safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) management
• Knowledge of Occupational Health standards and best practices
• Proficiency in accident investigation techniques and protocols
• Experience in conducting safety training and education programs
• In-depth understanding of construction safety regulations and guidelines
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze and mitigate potential safety hazards
• Must have OSHA 500 / OSHA 510 Certifications
• Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., Certified Safety Professional, OSHA certifications)
• Experience in the electrical or construction industry (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
