Metrics Recruitment is seeking a Sales Executive for an award-winning Health and Wellness app focused on human development, spiritual growth, and helping veterans recover from trauma. They empower people to build lives they love by encouraging a daily practice of growth, creation, integration and balance in a supportive and authentic community.
We re seeking a Sales Executive who is passionate about the company's mission and has a strong track record in managing a robust pipeline, closing deals and expanding accounts. Experience selling to the public sector (e.g. police/firefighter/paramedic organizations and municipalities) will be highly beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients (Municipalities, Veterans and First Responder organizations)
- Identify prospective new clients through networking, cold calls and industry events
- Develop and implement strategies for major B2B sales
- Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads generated from marketing efforts, conferences, and demos and move them through the sales funnel
- Conduct remote sales demos over Zoom and on-site. Able to travel to prospective clients as needed
- Use best practices and tools like Salesforce to maintain a process-driven and disciplined sales approach
Requirements:
- Passion for the company's mission and making a positive impact on mental wellness
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience selling B2B
- US Military Veteran or former First Responder is a plus
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
- Experience managing a pipeline and closing complex deals
