Job Title: Veterinarian
Reporting to: Director of SHH Vet Center
Hours per week: 40 hours, including rotating Saturdays
The Bond Between (fka Secondhand Hounds) is looking for 1 full-time Veterinarian to join our team in the Veterinary Center. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast paced and changing environment. We are seeking an associate veterinarian to work 4-10 hour days per week in our vet center, including rotating Saturdays.
The Bond Between (The BB) is a 501(c)3 non-profit, foster based organization. In 2019, we created our own veterinary center to focus on our own foster animals' needs. While we have put a big focus on our foster animals, as of 2021, we started seeing pets in our community. This position would be primarily seeing client animals with a touch of rescue animals mixed in for the perfect "marriage"!
All revenue generated from owned animals that are seen at our facility are put back into The BB's general funds to help us continue to save lives and say "yes!" to helping animals in need!

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine License (DVM) in Minnesota required
- 2+ years of veterinary medicine experience, preferred but all are welcome to apply!
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read, understand and follow department and facility procedures and policies
- Experience communicating individually and in team environment
- Experience working with computer applications
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
