Job Description:
We seek a dynamic and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java SpringBoot and React development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. Additionally, experience working in AWS environments and a background in startup culture is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Spring Boot, React.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs to support frontend and backend functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Deploy and manage applications in AWS environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into the development process when applicable.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and implement solutions promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise in Spring Boot, React, and Java development.
- Experience working in AWS environments.
- Strong understanding of web development concepts, including RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and startup culture, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Prior experience in fintech or e-commerce domains is advantageous.
