We're looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about creating and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for our clients. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work with a variety of team members and will be the driving force for the creative direction of campaigns including: email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, website content, website design, etc. The ideal applicant will have a focus on performance and a desire to establish digital marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Creating campaign strategies
- Providing creative recommendations for landing pages, blogs, social, email marketing, etc.
- Planning and execution of all digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels
- Having a quantitative approach to digital marketing with an emphasis on analytics
- Establishing consistent communication internally and with our clients
- Creating unique weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or yearly reporting based on clients goals and industry knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience creating content calendars
- 1-3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role
- Experience managing and leading SEO/SEM initiatives
- Strong organizational, communication and motivational skills
- Experience with a variety of tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Data Studio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot, Active Campaign, SEMrush, Screaming Frog SEO Spider are a plus
