Rhythm Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Analyst to join the finance team in Clearwater, Florida. Rhythm Healthcare is a leading provider of respiratory and DME products to its business partners throughout the US. The company has experienced exceptional growth the last several years and is expanding the finance team.
The FP&A Analyst will be working with Finance leadership in a variety of areas including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and KPI and financial results reporting. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manages financial planning, budget and forecasting
- Creates variance analysis reports and financial models
- Leads real-time financial performance monitoring
- Escalates any financial issues to management
- Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives
- Recommends strategies for increasing financial performance
- Presents detailed monthly financial reports to managers
Requirements (Education, Certification, Experience and Skills)
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, account or a related field
- 7 + years FP&A experience required
- Certified public accountants (CPA) or certified financial analyst (CFA) preferred
- Collaborates with senior members of the finance team
- Demonstrates excellent financial and quantitative skills
- Communicates effectively and has strong presentation skills
- Collaborates well with colleagues using adept social skills
- Works independently using project management skills
- Builds strong working relationships and has exceptional leadership skills
- Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Working knowledge of NetSuite preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling software
