Kitchen Assistant/Porter (31) Kitchen Assistant/Porter Ref: 2022-41295 Job Information Division: Elior Regional B&I Advert Closing Date: 24/02/2022 Contractual Hours :Part-time Salary:10,558 Per annum Contract Type:Permanent Location:Oakham, LE15 6DF Working Environment We are recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our friendly team.
Your working pattern will be 10:00am - 15:00pm - Monday to Friday, 25 hours a week.
Job Description Your key responsibilities as the Kitchen Assistant/Kitchen Porter will consist of:
- Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and stocked at all times
- Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients
- Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
- Ensure all complaint handling is dealt with professionally and in line with procedures
- Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
- Ad-hoc duties to support the catering team and services
**Working Pattern**: 10am to 3pm - 5 days per week - 25 hours a week
Skills and Experience The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future Kitchen Assistant/Kitchen Porter include:
- Genuine interest in customer service excellence
- A great team player
- Catering experience desirable but not essential
Benefits As part of your package, we are offering a salary of up to 8.91 per hour.
