Job Description:

This is a full-time On-Site role for a Director of Operations at Rhino Shield of Orlando. The Director of Operations will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing team management, budgeting, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. Oversee the execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, time, and budgetary targets.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, motivate, and manage the operations team to achieve excellence in performance. Identify training needs and opportunities for team development to enhance skills and productivity.
• Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve operational processes and workflows for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices in project management and operations, tailored to the premium painting industry.
• Quality Control: Uphold the highest standards of quality for all projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer expectations. Develop and enforce quality control measures and checkpoints throughout project lifecycles.
• Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise, maintaining the company s reputation for excellence.
• Supply Chain and Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement of materials and manage inventory levels to ensure project readiness and efficiency. Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality materials at cost-effective prices.
• Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the finance department to set and manage budgets, cost estimations, and financial planning for operations. Monitor operational expenses and implement measures to reduce costs without compromising on quality.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Promote a culture of safety within the team, implementing safety protocols and training.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to drive continuous improvement in our operations and offerings. Encourage a culture of innovation within the team, exploring new techniques, materials, and technologies to enhance our services.

Qualifications:

• Operations Management and Analytical Skills
• Team Management and Budgeting
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Experience in the painting or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Compensation:

• Year 1 - $130k-160k OTE (Salary + Revenue Share)
• Year 2 - $200k+ OTE (Salary + Revenue Share)
• Medical, Dental, Vision 100% Covered.
