Director of Enterprise Systems


Job Details

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded Connecticut University is embarking on a 3-5 year plan to expand Technology delivery. They are seeking to add a Director of Enterprise Systems to their leadership team.


We are working directly with the CIO and CTO on an initiative to the build out of their future IT platform. We have enjoyed a successful working relationship with the CTO for over a decade.


The key to this expansion is planned growth. The new Director of Enterprise Systems will work with the CIO and CTO on leveraging Workday as the core of their forward-looking strategy - supplemented by both proprietary and 3rd party software.


Of key importance will be to work collaboratively on execution, with cross-functional partners across the University. In addition, s/he will be responsible for seeking additional opportunities to use other third-party software as well custom application development with an eye towards the efficient, cohesive use of technology.


With Workday already in place, this individual will manage a team of 8 (4 Workday staff and 4 full stack developers) with the 2-to-4-year plan to grow the team to 15.
