Park City Lodging has distinguished itself as a leader in quality vacation rental and home management services. Established in 1984, we currently manage 300 properties and eleven homeowner associations in Old Town Park City and at the base of Deer Valley, Park City and Canyons ski resorts. We are looking for a maintenance technician to join our team of seasoned professionals.

This is a front line, skill based, detail-oriented position involving daily upkeep of our managed properties and homeowner associations.
Skills Required:- Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall
- Attention to detail, taking pride and ownership in the work performed
- Observe additional maintenance needs requiring attention and report those to your supervisor
- Always present a professional and helpful attitude maintaining positive relationships with guests, owners, and co-workers
- Perform routine property maintenance including trash pickup and snow/ice removal
- Must be dependable and prompt
- Willing to work weekends and holidays
Duties may also include testing and adding chemicals to the hot tubs of our managed properties and homeowner associations to ensure a safe and clean environment for our owners and guests.
Requirements- Must be in good physical condition and be able to lift heavy items
- Have a good driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to work in adverse weather conditions
- Agree to a background check
