Uniglobal is a Third-Party Administration firm (TPA) providing retirement plan administration, compliance, and consulting for employer-sponsored retirement plans. With over 30 years in the industry, Uniglobal continues to provide excellent customer service by crafting goal-specific, client-focused retirement plan solutions.


The Regional Sales Consultant is responsible for leading territory growth by creating and maintaining relationships with advisors and centers of influence. You will maintain expertise in Uniglobal's TPA service solutions in order to effectively drive sales. Your skills should be evidenced by a proven track record in retirement plan sales.


Please Note: While fully remote, this position will require travel within the defined territory. You will be expected to take ownership of building out and managing your sales pipeline using the resources provided. Candidates must be located within a 50-mile radius from the defined territory.


This position reports directly to our CSO.


Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain new and existing relationships with investment professionals and centers of influence
  • Drive sales with financial professionals and other relevant authorities to meet business growth objectives
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new opportunities
  • Formulate sales plans in alignment with Uniglobal goals and objectives
  • Evaluate prospective client needs and make recommendations based on the services Uniglobal provides
  • Assemble proposals per Uniglobal procedures
  • Conduct meetings and consultations with potential clients
  • Document and manage activity using Uniglobal s systems
  • Collaborate with implementation specialists to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Exude Uniglobal s values in all client interactions
  • Plan and manage the deployment of resources in relevant markets through marketing, sales initiatives, and budgeting in compliance with Uniglobal policies and procedures
  • Obtain product and sales training as needed
  • Keep informed of industry changes and trends, including competitor offerings
  • Properly handle the transmission and storage of confidential data


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in retirement plan/401(k) plan sales
  • Ability to discuss industry trends and retirement solutions with financial professionals
  • In-depth ERISA and retirement plan design knowledge preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid driver s license and vehicle insurance with the ability to travel as needed
  • Working relationships with DCIOs, External RVPs, and Financial Advisory firms in the territory
  • Proficient in standard office technology (O365, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience with CRMs and sales tracking software
  • Ability to work outside regular hours when necessary

Compensation Pay Disclosure

Uniglobal is committed to pay that s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.


The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Uniglobal offers performance-driven commission and bonus scales based on the role to reward the achievement of quarter and annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is the amount Uniglobal is willing to pay at the time of this posting.


Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate s geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.


Base Range: $60,000 - $70,000 USD

Additional Compensation: Performance-Based Tiered Variable Incentive Compensation, Bonus
