New * High school diploma and 2 years related claims experience required.

* Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.

* Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.

* Proficient in basic computer skills.

* Bachelor's Degree preferred.

* Bilingual Spanish a plus.

* Experience with related claims and business software.

* Excellent judgement and decision making skills to ensure claims are resolved in the best interest of the Company.

* Ability to combine pieces of information to form conclusions necessary to determine coverage, evaluate liability and evaluate damage exposures to ensure the claims are paid in a fair and equitable manner.

* Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
