Precision Payment Solutions (PPS) is a division of AEG Fuels that administer the US Government DLA AIR Card Program.

Overview
PPS is seeking a Business Analyst (BA) to enhance our dynamic growing team. This crucial role involves defining, testing, launching, and managing top-tier digital products and applications. You'll tackle problem-solving and document all system design phases from initial requirements to final testing, requiring strong critical thinking and a comprehensive understanding of web application development. This position demands daily collaboration with developers and designers, a commitment to user-centered solutions, and proactive leadership in all BA/QA activities. The ideal candidate should be a positive, team-oriented individual with sharp analytical and technical skills, capable of independently managing tasks while leading projects in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key project stakeholders to analyze the feasibility of and develop requirements for new systems and ensure the system design meets user needs.
- Identify business rules and opportunities to improve business processes.
- Work closely with developers, project managers, product owner and operations team members on testing and deployment activities.
- Assist in the development of test plans/cases and execution based on evolving project requirements.
- Test web applications and commercial off-the-shelf applications.
- Document and identify application issues.
- Identifying and translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Assist in coordination of application deployment activities.
- Prior technical QA Experience is a Plus.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead project team activities in an Agile/Scrum/Lean team environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
- Agile analysis certification is a plus.
- Experience in all major testing cycle areas requirements gathering, documentation, providing estimates, creating test plans/cases, creating process diagrams, logging bugs, coordinating UAT, change management, deployment support.
- Proven ability to analyze, evaluate, and integrate business processes and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple and parallel projects.
- Basic high-level knowledge of web design and core technologies.
- Experience with testing and/or development tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, Selenium, etc. is a plus.
- Administration experience with Zoho, Salesforce, or similar SaaS products.
- Experience with Azure Devops / Microsoft TFS for creating and tracking user stories and tasks is a plus.
Education
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
