The candidate must be able to work 50% onsite at Lawrenceville, so local candidates only


Must Haves:

Experience working with operational clinical trial data

Highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to effectively communicate with functional Sr. Leadership

Strong presentation and facilitation skills


Position Summary:

Position is accountable for supporting with the Executive Director, GDO Operations and team to support management of operations portfolio governance and other business operations related directives and tasks.


Position Responsibilities:

The position may include, but not be limited to the following activities:

Collaborate across GDO functional leadership to prepare and facilitate Portfolio Review Meetings and Operational Deep Dive Sessions

Ensure proactive identification and triage of risk and issues to enable the delivery of the operational portfolio.

Assess trends to develop recommendations for improvement of future clinical trial delivery.

Liaison with R&D enterprise governance teams

Lead or support GDO Book of Work maintenance

Lead or support standard and ad hoc GDO strategic reporting requests

Partner with R&D BIA team on evolution of GDO analytical needs

Assist Executive Director, Sr. Director or Director Business Operations team members to drive successful delivery of key initiatives.

Support other key business operations tasks, analyses and deliverables as required.


Degree Requirements:

Bachelor s Degree


Experience Requirements:

5+ years


Key Competency Requirements:

Experience working with operational clinical trial data.

Robust understanding of biopharmaceutical industry, clinical trial conduct, regulatory and safety processes, and the external and internal Business Environment

Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulations

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a matrixed environment.

Highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Strong business acumen

Capable of innovative thinking and bringing new ideas to improve current state.
