**Zions Bancorporation** is now accepting applications for a ***part-time Senior Banking Operations Support Specialist (20 hours)*** position within the Exceptions group located in Utah. The schedule is Monday-Friday 7:00 am 11:00 am MT. The position will be a hybrid work schedule 3-4 days in office and 1-2 days work from home.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:

* Provide daily assistance via phone, email or chat, including diversified operational support to all bank employees throughout the corporation.

* Perform customer and account maintenance as applicable.

* Provide approvals on various items when needed base on authority levels.

* Be responsible for account documentation review assistance, multiple operational system/applications assistance, medallion guarantee resource, fee refunds and general operational support.

* Open specialized accounts as applicable.

* Ensure advice is in compliance with bank and regulatory guidelines.

* Approve transactions and exceptions to established policies and procedures.

* Act as liaison between branches/financial centers and other areas of the bank.

* Assist lower level staff as needed.

* Ensure established service level agreement requirements are met.

* Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

* Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of branch banking, bank operations, processes, procedure and regulations or other directly related experience.

* A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.

* In Depth knowledge of banking functions, operations, systems, products, services, processes and procedures.

* Ability to work with branch staff and other internal departments.

* Must have excellent customer service, research and communications skills, both verbal and written.

* Ability to meet deadlines.

* Advanced problem resolution and follow-up skills.

* Must be accurate.

* Advanced knowledge of computer software including spreadsheets, word processing, etc.

* Ability to train and lead lower level staff.
