National construction company hailed as one of the industry's premier partners for delivering technically complex projects valued up to $6 Billion is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Tampa, FL to help lead aviation, K-12 and/or commercial work in and around the Tampa Bay area. This opportunity is with one of Tampa's highest regarded employers and offers a continued path for advancement and leadership.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience managing large construction projects in the aviation, K-12, or commercial sectors. Seeking candidates with experience managing ground-up projects valued at $25 Million or more.
- Ability to communicate with high-level project stakeholders including clients, owners, and internal leadership.
- Proven knowledge and application of best-of-breed construction management practices as it relates to scheduling, finances, and management of other project team members.
- B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar.
