**Sales Coordinator - HOA Specialist**

**What You Would Do:** -Create and update contracts for HOA compliance for our customers -Partner with local HOA's to ensure compliance of our sales process -Uploading documents to customer accounts -Update customer orders with detailed notes -Manage and maintain voicemails and emails -Support Sales Team by helping answer any questions related to their customer accounts
**What You Need:** -2-3 years of experience in an Administrative role -Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office -Experience with multi-tasking under pressure -High level written/verbal communication skills -Strong follow-up skills: professional demeanor is a must -Salesforce software experience is highly encouraged -Previous Home Improvement industry experience is a plus -Customer Service experience welcomed

**Compensation/Schedule:** -Competitive salary of $45,000 + plus monthly bonus eligibility -Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
