Vice President of Sales Cable Ties Unlimited Brunswick, OH Job Overview: Cable Ties Unlimited is seeking an accomplished and strategic sales leader to serve as our Vice President of Sales. This role will report directly to the President & CEO and will be based out of CTU's headquarters in Brunswick, OH. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share across our Wholesale and EndUser divisions. The VP of Sales will provide visionary leadership to our sales organization while overseeing the development of a National Account program and Business Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to build high-performing teams, forge strong relationships, and execute innovative go-to-market strategies that further accelerate the company's growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue targets and expand Cable Ties Unlimited's market presence
Provide exemplary leadership to the Wholesale and End-User divisional sales teams, setting clear performance expectations, and driving accountability for results
Strengthen key account relationships and spearhead the recruitment of a new National Accounts Manager to penetrate enterprise opportunities
Develop a proactive Business Development team to identify and capture new market segments, verticals, and partnership opportunities
Implement best-in-class sales methodologies, tools, and training programs to elevate the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales organization
Establish a data-driven culture leveraging metrics and insights to optimize sales performance
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer centricity aligned with Cable Ties Unlimited's mission and core values
Serve as a member of the executive leadership team to shape company strategy and cross-functional alignment
Qualifications:
Experience structuring, scaling, and managing high-performing sales teams
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
Demonstrated ability to lead change and transformation initiatives
Experience with CRM implementation, adoption, and governance
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
Desired Qualifications:
Industrial or Electrical B2B sales management experience, with a track record of success in leadership roles
Experience with M&A due diligence and integration planning
Passion for coaching and developing early-career talent into future sales leaders
Experience designing and implementing effective sales compensation plans
