We offer traditional nursing services such as therapy, hospice care, long-term care, and skilled nursing. Morrison Living has taken over all hiring aspects for our dietary department and they are looking for individuals to fill the Prep Cook and Dietary Aide positions. Requirements for EmploymentFood handling and cooking experience preferred

Job SummaryPerform daily dietary duties as assigned. Handle and prepare food and fluid in accordance with sanitary regulations to meet meal schedules and elders' requests. Interact with elders and staff in a positive manner. Adhere to safety issues as well as be accountable for compliance to Federal, State, and Local regulations within control of the homemaker. Follow menu/therapeutic diets, may grind or puree food. Take and record temperatures of food, dish machine, and refrigeration equipment. Maintain a clean work environment and equipment. Track and record food waste and stocking of pantry items.
Physical Demands include ability to lift up to 40 pounds; ability to continuously walk or stand; ability to bend, squat, stoop, push and pull frequently.
