Project Manager - Roofing, Siding, Exteriors

We're hiring a seasoned Project Manager to manage our projects from start to finish. You'll be in charge of quality control and routinely inspect the work being done, guiding as needed with your industry know-how. Responsibilities
Move and empty dump trailers
Order all materials needed for projects
Manage construction workers and subcontractors, perform routine inspections on-site, and give guidance as needed to make sure each construction project results in a high-quality finished product
Assure all tools, equipment, and vehicles are well-maintained, and arrange for routine maintenance as needed
Adapt to the needs of the team and assist the project manager with other tasks when needed
Review performance goals and deadlines to ensure the construction process is running on schedule with the project manager's plan and subcontractors
Document the construction process in the daily logbook to update the project manager and homeowners on the progress
Qualifications
Experience with Acculynx and DataForma is a plus
Superb organizational, leadership, time-management, and communication skills
Has basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, construction processes, and project management principles
