The Canine Country Club and Wellness Center is looking for an experienced, professional Pet Groomer/Stylist to join us as our business grows! If you have a talent for grooming, enjoy working with all breeds, and are looking to expand your clientele, you are perfect for us!
Our Groomers work 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends.
The Pet Groomer is responsible for performing all grooming-related duties necessary to ensure that pets are neat, clean, and look their best. To be successful as a pet groomer, you should be able to comply with pet owners' instructions as well as accommodate any special requests that they may have. Ultimately, a top-notch Pet Groomer will treat all animals with the utmost love and care.
Ideal Candidate
- Enjoys all dog breeds.
- Has 1 - 2+ years of pet grooming experience.
- Has attended a grooming school/apprenticeship program.
- Can provide an extensive grooming portfolio.
- Enjoys a fast-paced grooming environment.
- Enjoys grooming challenges.
- Likes to meet-and-greet with all clients.
- Is looking to improve and grow grooming abilities.
- Has a willingness to teach others.
- Is hard-working, fun, upbeat, and professional.
- Is social media friendly to showcase styles, cuts, and
groomers. - Has a willingness to bathe pets, provide nail trims, paint nails, and dye
hair.
