Overall Purpose of the Job

The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Cementing Technologies Product Line Support Center, which is intended to provide support for new tool deployment, equipment retrofits, redeployment of existing assets, operational audits and training and competency for new regional personnel. Responsibilities will include working with the regions to define proper equipment for upcoming projects, assist with hiring and training coordination of international personnel to support those projects, coordination with Assets, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and outside vendors to gather the equipment needed to assemble, test and deliver a field-ready product for international cementing operations. The support center will also provide audit, training, and competency services for new and existing operational facilities and provide an environment to be used as a global training facility and an engineering testing center. The manager will also coordinate shop technicians and International Field Specialists to support these efforts.

Key Activities and Accountabilities

* Communicate with Product Line and Manufacturing to identify and track new build-to-market tools. Ensure the Product Line Support center is adequately prepared to deploy assets and all required support equipment and personnel to prospective receiving location.

* Communicate with the Product Line and the regions to ensure they have the correct EEF to submit an accurate IR

* Work with Assets to move and procure the equipment needed per each IR

* Coordinate shop techs and international field specialists to help disassemble, repair, build, retrofit equipment

* Coordinate with supply chain team to ensure all required consumables are sourced, reviewed for accuracy and available for projects, as required.

* Communicate and coordinate with outside vendors to ensure on time delivery of necessary spare parts and support equipment, as required.

* Ensure all equipment being shipped to regional operations has been fit, form and function tested to a job-ready state.

* Ensure that operational standards for the Product Line are effectively communicated and adhered to.

* May participate in tests, pilots or trials of current or new products or equipment to assess suitability.

* Provide technical input to engineering and operational teams.

* Assists with introduction of new products and services based on first-hand knowledge of product line technology and customer needs.

* May be involved in developing product-specific training plans for area of responsibility.

* Contribute to performance and competency assessment of Product Line employees, as required.

* Ensure Shop and International Specialists keep up their assessor training and able to break out locally trained personnel

* Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures and processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained and exposure to liability or risk to Expro's reputation is minimized. Provide leadership in all ethical issues; ensure employees are aware of Expro's compliance requirements and feel able to report possible violations or conflicts of interest.

* Actively adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable Quality policies, procedures, processes & systems. Take an active part in quality improvement processes. Act on reported deficiencies and approve deviations from standard procedures as appropriate.

* Ensure that employees adhere to and comply with all applicable Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and processes. Provide leadership in HSE; encourage employees to take responsibility and be accountable for their own and others' safety and provide an environment where they feel authorized to stop any unsafe job. Ensure that all incidents and non-conformances are reported in line with the appropriate procedures and deadlines; ensure that all incidents are investigated, and corrective actions raised as required; where appropriate, participates in incident investigations.

* Supervise, mentor and coach direct reports and ensure completion of their Employee Development Plans. Where applicable, ensure that training and competency programs are in place to facilitate the mentoring of subordinates through the competency system. Conduct competency assessments when required.

Job Knowledge and Qualifications

8+ years technical experience in designated product line.

Sound technical knowledge and an understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in product line.

Strong Operations and HSEQ, experience
