Healthcare Recruiters seeks a full-time onsite Licensed Clinical Director (preferred) or Licensed Clinical Supervisor for our client s residential treatment center in San Rafael, CA. Clinical Director salary: $140-160K and Clinical Supervisor salary: $110-130K.

For more than a decade, this organization has been a recognized leader in treating adolescents in a residential treatment facility. They provide personalized residential psychiatric treatment for California and Texas teens and young adults from ages 13 to 26.


Licensed Clinical Director Responsibilities:

  • The Licensed Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, supervision, and implementation of best practices in the clinic.
  • Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects and components of the clinical program.
  • Supervise and train the clinical treatment team on evidence-based practices to support professional development within the clinic.
  • Oversee the productivity of the program to meet established standards and to ensure continuity of care.
  • Collaborate effectively with other community organizations, local businesses, and counseling services to maximize opportunities for partners and the effectiveness of the program.
  • Monitor documentation by the clinical staff in order to ensure that documentation is maintained at the highest level.
  • Provide, ensure, and document clinical supervision which is to be provided at least one hour per week to all clinical staff, individually or in a group setting.
  • Ensure that the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of clients with co-occurring disorders is provided by appropriately trained and qualified clinical staff.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master s degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, clinical psychology, social work or related field is mandatory.
  • 2 years of active Licensure within CA. LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
  • 2 years of Clinical Management/Supervision experience is mandatory (within any mental/behavioral health treatment facility).
  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in Intensive Outpatient Treatment, Clinical Residential Treatment, or Group Home Setting.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule based on the needs of the program.
